I am pleased to announce the renaming of my consulting practice to The Akous Group.
For the past several years I have been thinking of how capture the heart of my practice in a name. I wanted something that was simple, short (I don’t care for long domain names), and memorable.
After long search, I found my way back to a root language for many western languages—Greek and the word akous, which means “to hear”.
Creating environments where people can really hear one another is the principle method in my practice. I believe that the moment when we deeply hear each other is the moment when the possibility for change begins.
